Strogganoff

1 lb stew meat (not cooked)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 can beef consume
2 packages dry onion soup mix

Mix together in oven safe pot. Place lid on pot, put into 350 degree oven for 3 hours.
Pull out and add...

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 or less cup burgundy (optional, but great flavoring)
handfull of cut up mushrooms or canned (optional)

Place back in oven with temp set at 350. Cook an additional 30 min. While waiting cook up a bag of wide egg noodles (flat and thin, with a little wave to them). If not noodles rice or potato, or whatever your HART desires!
