LoCKs of LoVE...

When I came home earlier this year with a ToTaLLy different HaiR style, my LiTTLe S was so ExcitED to see a new me. She WaNted to LOOK the same as me...aaawww (sweet GoOshie moment). She asked what happened to my old hair...it went to "LoCks of Love." What's that? So I told her about it and she PromPtLY said..."THat's what I WANT to do MaMMa." I did not ask or suggest that she do that...really. This little 5 YR old is full of SurPRiseS and SoMe are beyond her small years. After MaNY months...TA-DA...done!! She was so InCREdiblY HaPPy the whole time and so was I. I am VeRy ProUD of a BIG decision from a LITTLE S! I LoVe you my BeRRie!!!

Wow! What a great thing to do! Your daughter is very brave! Her hair is so short now! Just curious, why did you cut the back of her hair using the electric clippers? Doesn't that seems sort of extreme for a girl? Just curious about that. Great haircut for her, though!!!

Well, since I can't find a site for you...Extreme? for a girl? This is LiTTLe S... the hairest little girl...she's a monkey tehe. I don't believe in evolution, but man..with her I wonder LOL... in many ways!

Adorable haircut! That's great she's capable of making big decisions and adapting to change is such a great skill to learn early. :)

Cute series of pictures and she looks absolutely thrilled.

Amazing! She is sooooo cute! What a great way for her to learn service to others. What a great mom you are for teaching her. Awesome example! Love ya!

Ok, she looks so stinkin' cute with that sassy hair cut! Way to go for donating to LOL. My oldest has donated twice and is always telling her friends with really long hair that they should donate!

You just made another child very happy. :)

That was a brilliant thing to do. Getting it all on record.
The new hairstyle makes her look really grown up.

Ahhhhh!!! I am shocked! It is absolutely beautiful. Now her and Janika can be twins! Just like you and me :) Trisha is amazing! She gives the best hair cuts. I need to go and visit her. I think it is great she is donating the hair! She is a little doll. I missed seeing her yesterday :( Are you busy? I can't get a hold of you..

Awesome! A proud moment for you and for her. Way to empower her to do something wonderful for someone else.

El has given 2 ponytails to them, and Mo has given one. It still brings smiles when we talk about it.
