Amen to eating outside, in the dirt, without shoes, in a life jacket to small, hair uncombed, without utensils, and by a LaKE!
Last Saturday was the first time taking the boat out for a day of total bliss. The large thunderheads stayed their coarse for 4 hours, while we enjoyed the warmth of the sun. Hearing the shrills of excitement permeate our ears as children are being tossed back and forth, skipping across the water, in the tube that is our constant companion in joy, brings the thrill of summer to a wonderful beginning. Pineview reservoir...anticipated all winter and enjoyed all summer!

Okay, am I a bad Mom? That photo totally makes me cringe! My kids love picnics outside, but I just give them bits of bread and cheese--little mess. I can't wait to see you, 1 more month!
