1 lb stew meat (not cooked) 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can beef broth 1 can beef consume 2 packages dry onion soup mix
Mix together in oven safe pot. Place lid on pot, put into 350 degree oven for 3 hours. Pull out and add...
1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/4 or less cup burgundy (optional, but great flavoring) handfull of cut up mushrooms or canned (optional)
Place back in oven with temp set at 350. Cook an additional 30 min. While waiting cook up a bag of wide egg noodles (flat and thin, with a little wave to them). If not noodles rice or potato, or whatever your HART desires!
Chicken Marias Way (Request Granted)
Pre-heat oven 400 9x13 pan
5 Chicken Breasts 1 Cube of Butter or Marg.
1 Frozen (or fresh cut) Broccoli Heads 1 Can (or jar) Peaches (halves, or quarters)
SOUR CREAM MIX 1 Cup Sour Cream 1/3 Cup Mayo Parmesan Cheese (fresh grated or Kraft)
*Brown chicken in pan (may take 10 mins. or so) with 1 Cube Butter (or marg.) and seasoning to taste (johnnies is best) *Put in pan (with melted butter) and into 400 oven (20 mins) *While roasting (cooking) chicken........
*Broil Broccoli *Make Sour Cream Mix
*Take chicken out - set oven to Broil *Drain Broccoli - Place drained Broccoli to one side of pan *Drain Peaches (leave some juice in jar) - Place Peaches and remaining juice on the other side (non-broccoli side) of pan *Spoon Sour Cream Mix on top of peaches and broccoli *Shake Parmesan cheese over top *Put into oven - broil until cheese is golden brown (watch carefully).
This is a family FaVoriTe and goes well with friends. It sounds unlikely to be liked at all, but not one picky eater has a problem with this one!!!

Yay for summer! Gorgeous shot! Once a year on a friend's boat is usually enough for me, but that pic makes me want to get out on the water more.
