It is always a treat to go with Dad/Hubby when he needs to travel for work. This particular time was up to Jackson Hole, WY. In the relatively small town there is this labyrinth. Everybody was running the course as Kelcie stood and watched. She came out very clear in this picture while the others are slightly blurred. What impresses me about this photo is it reminds me of my life. There are so many times when I feel life is running by me in a blur of fury. Sometimes I feel quite lost and alone, other times I just want to raise my arms and shout for joy at the utter speed and grace that surrounds me. School starts in a couple of weeks...Where has the summer gone? It may have flown by, but I take pleasure in remembering the sweet moments of the last few months. Now it's time for a new fury to begin...getting the girls up for school:)
P.S. Thank you for all of your love, support, following the group on facebook and especially the prayers for the Hunt family. Daniela has been found and is reunited with her family. Truly a blessing.

Happy Friday - only a couple more weeks to school - very sad for me !
I love that combination of a calm center, surrounded by chaos. What a great metaphor. Well done, Melanie!
I'm torn by the end of summer too.
I'm so glad they found her! That is truly a blessing!
Your shot turned out great! I love summer, but by the end I am getting ready for the kids to go back and usually mine are ready to go back too! :)
love it - very cool photo, and words too - happy psf
Cool picture. Yep, it's true...that life can get fuzzy. It's up to us to stay focused. Although sometimes I wonder how it's to be done.

I've always hated the end of summer too. I love your picture and story and Chris's comment summed it nicely. I'm glad your friend was found. Here’s my photo story. happy Friday!
Great picture! Life is a blur unless we stop to observe as Kelcie is doing. It was a fast summer! Love you!!
I think we can all in some way or another relate to that photo...we started school wednesday...3 days behind us...

Nice thought here.. I hear that about the labyrinth of life, eh??
School for us started a week ago. And I saw a leaf on my burning bush starting to turn red. I guess we have no choice but to welcome fall.
Your picture is so cool! I like your story too. :)
You are right. Each stage brings a new kind of fury. Enjoy!
